THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT GOSFORD ON THURSDAY MORNING!
Race 5 Gosford 6.15 Sinba (4/5)
Created a big impression powering clear to win on debut at Newcastle earlier this month, justifying strong support; strong early tempo on here and that will suit the selection as he looks to swoop late from off the pace.
I thought SINBA was very impressive on debut as he had a fair bit of ground to make up at one stage but he fairly rattled home to win going away at the line. The extra yardage here can help unlock further improvement and with a strong gallop ensured he looks to have plenty in his favour as he bids to make it a perfect 2-2. Mr Cantankerous, Mr Magsman and Rockover all have the potential to push forward and even Maurice’s Choice and Mon Amore could play their part as well so things could pan out perfectly for the selection. He will just look to get settled early before picking them off in the straight. Legal Challenge has been running well in defeat since winning three starts back and looks the danger.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT NORTHAM OVERNIGHT!
Race 6 Northam 7.37 Bring One Home (13/8)
Promising filly who made a bright start finishing third on debut beaten just a length at the line; gets the rail draw now and with that experience under her belt she looks well placed to go a couple of places better; fitter too so big chance.
We head to Northam overnight for our second best bet Down Under and BRING ONE HOME looks poised to make the breakthrough after a really encouraging introduction. She went down just a length over track and trip on debut and given she’ll be more streetwise now from the rail draw she looks to have plenty going for her against more exposed types. Quintus is probably the threat on what we’ve seen but he has had a few chances now 0/9 and is going to need to find something to beat this favourite. Similar comments apply to the next in the betting Zac Luvs To Fly who is 0/13 now but does have some solid form to his name. At a bigger price Mr Fahrenheit might be value to hit the frame.
