Salisbury 4.10 Sisterandbrother (6/4)
Promising colt who improved for the step up in trip on handicap debut at Chepstow last month, field well strung out in behind; more to come now and looks to have been found a really good opportunity to make the breakthrough.
The NAP was back to winning ways yesterday as Winter Power showed electric speed to win the John Smith’s City Walls Stakes. We head to Salisbury on Sunday for our best bet and SISTERANDBROTHER looks a good bet to go one better. This colt took a big step forward when second last time and with cut in the ground here I think he is only going to improve further. He is unexposed and I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t win this. Invincible Soldier is the obvious danger as he was only beaten a length last time and will also be suited by this trip. He does have a bit to find with the selection though so will need more. Way Of Life is respected on overall form but hasn’t fired so far this term.

Perth 4.00 Ming Dynasty (15/8)
Made a bright start for this yard chasing home a good yardstick on stable debut at Sedgefield; solid run in defeat again over C&D before winning emphatically at Hexham last time; opening mark looks well within reach.
We head over Jumps on Sunday for our second best bet of the day and MING DYNASTY can win again. He makes his handicap chase debut off a mark of 125 and should prove hard to beat. He won impressively at Hexham 3 weeks ago and there is good reason to think there is more to come now. This small field scenario will suit and I’m confident he is the one to beat over main market rival Silver Star. The latter ran well when second at Clonmel last month and if he builds on that he will pose a threat but that certainly isn’t a given. I still think he has enough to prove to really shake-up this favourite. Duke Of Navan is likely to travel strongly with his mark sliding but I do think he’ll find one or two too good.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Perth and Salisbury on Sunday afternoon.
