THE US NAP (BEST BET) WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT THISTLEDOWN TONIGHT!

Race 7 Thistledown 8.50 Wicked Warrior (10/11)

Likeable type who is thriving right now winning impressively again over a mile here last month; likely to push forward and dominate here and given this doesn’t look any tougher he has a big chance of bringing up the hat-trick.

The US NAP landed last night so we head into Tuesday with confidence high. WICKED WARRIOR looks the one to be on in Race 7 at Thistledown. He is a very good horse and the way he won head in chest in much stronger company than this on penultimate start suggests he is a cut above these. He followed up last time and could still be capable of more. He likes to push forward and dominate and he could get it all his own way again tonight. Indian Fever is the other pace angle in the race but strictly on the clock the selection holds him. It wouldn’t surprise me if they finished the 1-2 as I don’t see many getting into this. Leader Of Men is prominent in the betting but needs to bounce back.

Race 7 Louisiana Downs 11.21 Big Tiny (11/8)

Showed what she is capable of winning in good style over 7f last time; back in trip here but with plenty of pace on she should get a good target to aim at and I can see her running them all down late in the day; keep on side.

The US NEXT BEST was also back in the winners enclosure last night as the DD landed as well. We head to Louisiana Downs this evening and BIG TINY looks poised to follow up. She cut through the field to win easily at the line last time and I know she is back a furlong and a half in trip here but if they go hard early here as expected it could set up perfectly for her in the straight. I can see her thundering home and it’s going to take a good one to stop her going in again. Glitter Time impressed on penultimate start but failed to back that up last time and comes here with enough to prove now. She’s Seventeen might be the danger as she has some decent form in the book.
