Good looking chestnut mare who caught the eye finishing a good second over shorter here before really impressing winning convincingly over track and trip last time; likely more to offer yet so good chance of following up here.

The Aussie NAP took a big drift last night before doing the business so hopefully we can follow up on Friday before heading into the weekend with confidence high. CRASH HAT LADY impressed last time and if she turns up in the same form here I think she’ll take a lot of beating. Big field here but a lot of dead wood in all honesty and she is by far and away the most likely winner. She looks to come into her own over this trip and ticks plenty of boxes again with a weight drop. Zip Your Lips is building a nice profile and has been returning to form lately so looks the danger. Alluring is exposed in comparison to the two mentioned but he might be the value to run into a place as he is fairly consistent.

Progressive sort who had excuses on final start at Swan Hill where he was hampered at the start and failed to handle the going; prior to that he was improving fast and that Kilmore win was a good effort; goes well fresh so big shout.

I like the look of ZOUTONS at Mildura in the early hours of Friday morning. He wasn’t at his best on final start last campaign but did have excuses and with 2 wins from 5 starts he is open to further improvement yet. He is 1-1 over this trip and is expected to take a lot of beating given he fires well when fresh. Pravro has 8 wins from 60 starts and is exposed in comparison to the favourite but he will be a danger if the selection doesn’t give his best. Rolling Moss has 9 wins from 52 starts so is fairly similar to the latter but he does arrive in winning form so is definitely feared. Bonjour has untapped potential and is chasing a hat-trick so also has to be noted. I’d worry if he was well backed against.
