Best Australian Horse Racing bets in Australia on Friday

Despite some of our best bets not running due to Northam being abandoned we smashed it one Thursday with plenty of winners and a big profit. Friday gives us some good opportunities to add to it.

THE AUSTRALIAN NAP (BEST BET) RUNS AT PORT MACQUARIE ON FRIDAY

Port Macquarie 6:35 Alastor (15/8)

The NAP on Friday is one of the most consistent horses in Australia as he has only missed out on the places once in 9 runs. ALASTOR is the model of consistency and has won his last two in soft conditions which he will encounter at Port Macquarie on Friday. Dylan Gibbon has been on him for is last two wins and gets the ride again and he will take some beating.

The main danger is Miss Scalini who is 2 from 2 over course and distance and with a 3kg claimer onboard she may give the NAP something to think about.

Ipswich 6:57 Modelka (11/10)

Friday’s Next Best was so well backed in the betting before her last run over course and distance before losing out by a fine margin. MODELKA runs her best races on better ground which she had for that run and will have again on Friday. The yard will probably back her again and with a 3kg claimer she has to go close once again.

Married To The Mob was the horse that edged out the selection but is worse off at the weights not which should see the placings reversed but he does still rate as the main danger.
