Race 6 Muswellbrook 5.10 Still In Fashion (11/10)

Promising type who has some strong form to his name and ran a big race on return from 10 months off the track beaten just half a length at Scone last time; sure to improve on that and looks well placed to win again.

With a win, two seconds and two thirds from just 5 starts STILL IN FASHION is hard to get away from at Muswellbrook on Friday. He remains a horse with plenty of potential and that reappearance run at Scone was eye-catching. With usual improvement back at this track and up in trip he is going to take all the beating. Hopefully we can make it SIX WINNING NAP‘s in a row Down Under! Jutland is a decent yardstick and I don’t expect him to be too far away but Rutilant is probably a greater danger on recent form. He won at Scone and then wasn’t disgraced at Armidale where he failed to handle the ground. Better can be expected here and looks the obvious danger to the selection.

THE AUSSIE NB (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT WODONGA ON FRIDAY!

Race 4 Wodonga 4.05 Saint Henry (5/4)

Likeable type who arrives here chasing a hat-trick after impressing at Corowa and then following up at Wangaratta last time; likes to swoop late from off the pace so hopefully they go a good clip; big chance.

Given his run style SAINT HENRY always needs a bit of luck and he got that winning narrowly last time. His win at Corowa was impressive though and if they go a good clip here he should pick them up comfortably. He is building a nice profile now and looks the one they all have to beat. Think More is a good looker and he has won at this track and twice over the trip so looks the danger. One Hellofa Family ran on well for second last time and that wasn’t a bad effort but probably needs more to mix it with the front pair in here. Fiorensact is lightly raced and should have further improvement to come in time but this is competitive and it’s quite a big ask. Hard to fancy much else in here.
