Race 4 Sunshine Coast 4.15 Not Another (11/10)

Good looking filly who was only edged out narrowly on debut and then went close again last month; form looks solid and only going to improve so looks well placed to make the breakthrough now; hard to oppose.

I thought NOT ANOTHER was unlucky last time. She had to settle back and got caught wide when trying to make headway. She only went down narrowly and with better luck will go one better here. This lacks strength in depth and she definitely brings the most potential to the table. Tersane was last at Gold Coast last time but was hampered and lost a plate. He is better than that so if he bounces back he could be the biggest danger to the favourite. Our Rocketman makes his debut but he could only finish third in a trial so is going to need to come forward from that to get seriously competitive here. Richunclemoneybags probably best of the rest but does need to find more to figure.

THE AUSSIE NB (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 1 AT BORDERTOWN ON SUNDAY!

Race 1 Bordertown 2.40 Justa Jillaroo (13/8)

Likeable mare who caught the eye when second at Penola and quickly improved on that to get her head back in front at Naracoorte last time; hard to get away from if in the same form here and no reason why she won’t be.

Given JUSTA JILLAROO is 2 from 3 at this track I think she is going to be really hard to beat off the back of that Naracoorte victory. She comes here at the top of her game and looks by far and away the most likely winner of this to me. Wonaeamirri is 3 from 4 here and has 4 wins overall too so looks the danger but he finished second last at Morphettville last time so he does need to bounce back whereas the fav comes here off a win so a big difference. Rhythmatic is a 10yo now and has been out of sorts lately but on exposed form he has to be respected still. Rose Tiara still has potential but her recent form definitely needs bettering here to get involved.
