MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 3 AT ROCKHAMPTON ON FRIDAY MORNING!

Race 3 Rockhampton 4.34 Kasinova Kid (6/5)

Likeable sort who justified strong support to win convincingly at Mackay last month; building a nice profile now and this looks a very winnable assignment again so taken to come away with the prize once more.

Hard to look past KASINOVA KID with confidence riding high after that last win. This is slightly tougher but he is trending the right way now and he is taken to get the better of the argument once more. Rogue Star was a good second on penultimate start but failed to back that up at Bendigo last time and has enough to prove off the back of that. Enabler is 2 from 3 over the trip and is unexposed so might be a greater threat. He was also disappointing at Toowoomba last time though so he’ll need to leave that behind to figure here. Whoa Lola is a fair yardstick and she has won 2 of her last 3 so also has to be respected but this does look tougher and the favourite will be hard to get past late.

Race 7 Ballarat 7.00 Hallowed Ground (7/4)

Promising type who comes here chasing a hat-trick after winning impressively last time; hard to beat if turning up in the same form again and comfortably looks the most likely winner in this field; sure to go close.

This is definitely tougher again rising in grade but even still HALLOWED GROUND is flying right now and he will push forward and look to burn these off. The hat-trick beckons and he is one to keep on side in his current form. Shotmaker is more exposed but has plenty of ability and looks the danger. He is 2 from 9 over the trip and has 4 wins from 18 starts overall. Sold Tha Car has won twice from just 8 starts including 3 placed efforts so could also run well. Swamp Vixen is 2 from 4 over the trip and ran well when second last time. Hard to see any of the others springing an upset despite both Circle Of Magic and The Difference being solid yardsticks.
