Race 4 Pinjarra 7.15 Romancing The Rock (6/5)
Ran a promising race first up at Ascot back in March and then improved to fill the same position when last seen; given a bit of time since so sure to know more now and well placed to make the breakthrough.
Attention turns to Pinjarra on Thursday morning for our best bets Down Under and ROMANCING THE ROCK can get off the mark in Race 4 on the card. He has shown more than enough to suggest he can take out a race like this and it will be disappointing if he can’t justify his cramped odds. Hopefully he is ridden a bit closer as he was given a fair bit to do last time. Noble Born is the obvious threat as she has shown ability in four starts to date finishing runner-up at Northam and placing on 2 of the other 3 starts. Better was expected last time but got caught wide and should show up a bit better now. Of those at bigger odds Glyda might be the value play to hit the frame on debut.

Race 6 Pinjarra 8.22 Oly’s Choice (6/5)
Likeable type who made a bright start winning on debut before finishing runner-up at Belmont the last twice; open to further improvement now and if stepping forward should have the ability to take this out.
With further improvement to come OLY’S CHOICE can get himself back in the winners enclosure at Pinjarra. He hasn’t done a lot wrong and was only denied a length having been caught wide throughout last time. With a better trip here he should have these covered. I’m Not For Sale knocked on the door last time despite racing keenly and if managing to settle better could emerge as the main threat to the favourite. Please God finally opened her account last time but is pretty exposed compared to the selection. Could still run well but perhaps vulnerable for win purposes. Mama Tembu best of the rest as ran well when third last time. Needs more to spring an upset mind.
