AUSTRALIAN NAP LANDED OVERNIGHT! Racing on Monday morning from Grafton, Scone and Pakenham. Overnight Double pays 11/2!

Race 4 Scone 5.40 Casirina (11/8)

Good looking grey who showed a good attitude to get himself back to winning ways over shorter here last month; backed that up with a good second at Tamworth and looks hard to oppose back up in trip now.

This looks between the top 2 in the betting and it’s hard to look past CASIRINA given his recent form. He is clearly thriving right now with 2 wins from his last 4 and if he can find only a little more improvement he should prove too good here. Careering Away is definitely the danger as he was only narrowly denied the hat-trick at Bathurst last time. He is obviously more exposed being an 8yo now but should at least keep the selection honest. Nature Boy has just the 2 wins from a whopping 47 starts so looks vulnerable from a win point of view but might run well enough to hit the frame. Cliffs Of Moher best of the rest as did shape better when third at Quirindi last time.

Race 4 Grafton 5.20 Enterprise Legend (2/1)

Promising colt who left his debut run behind to go close at Sunshine Coast last month; with natural improvement should take a lot of beating here as this looks a very winnable race; sure to go close here.

Great chance for ENTERPRISE LEGEND to open his account. He improved to go close last time and won’t need to find much more to win a race as weak as this. He went down just a head to Fire Love last time and that was a really good run. He will push forward again and if they get the fractions right shouldn’t come back to them. Ragman is 0/6 now and is becoming expensive to follow but has at least run well the last twice. More To Adore needs to show more but should have a future so enters calculations. Similar comments can be applied to Allied Command who needs to improve but almost certainly will as he gains more experience. Quite a big price to run into the frame.
