MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 5 AT BELMONT ON WEDNESDAY MORNING!
Race 5 Belmont 9.10 Positive Impact (6/5)
Improving type who won 2 of his first 3 starts and impressed running on well from off the pace to win at Pinjarra on penultimate start; started awkwardly when only fourth here last time and better than that; should be hard to beat.
The first-time blinkers should see POSITIVE IMPACT back in the winners enclosure. A slicker start here will likely find him really difficult to beat. His win on penultimate start was convincing and with more to come after just the 4 starts he is strongly fancied to justify favouritism. Find Your Man won here back in June but has struggled the last twice. If he brings his best form he will be the danger but hard to know. Midnight Mystery ran well when second at Pinjarra on penultimate start and if bouncing back would also be involved at the business end. Mong Khon has won 2 of his last 3 but this is tougher so he needs more to spring an upset. The rest all have enough ground to make up.

Race 7 Warwick Farm 7.55 Think About It (15/8)
Unbeaten having won on debut at Kembla Grange after being well backed and then followed up easily at Wyong last time; can improve again and looks well placed to bring up the hat-trick now; definitely one to keep safe.
Hard to look past the promising THINK ABOUT IT at Warwick Farm on Wednesday morning. He made it 2-2 at Wyong last time and is getting better with experience. If he steps forward again the rest will be playing catch up in here for sure. Capo Strada looked good at Sandown but failed to back that up at Flemington albeit in a decent race. He could still be the danger and he is a good looking sort so should have a bright future as well. This race should throw up plenty of future winners. Conrad already has 3 wins from 9 starts and is another one that could run well. Papal Warrior was third at Canterbury last time but is pretty exposed compared to some in here who could improve.
