ANOTHER BUSY DAY DOWN UNDER! Racing in Australia on Sunday from Devonport, Sunshine Coast, Halidon, Armidale, Flemington, Nowra and Kalgoorlie. Overnight Double pays 3/1!

MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 1 AT NOWRA ON SUNDAY MORNING!

Race 1 Nowra 4.50 Dream Game (10/11)

Ran on strongly to follow up his Moruya win at Canberra last month; excuses when disappointing at Rosehill last time and if bouncing back here should take a lot of beating; appeals as the most likely winner.

This won’t take a great deal of winning and DREAM GAME looks a standout to me. He was chasing a hat-trick when heading to Rosehill but had excuses that day. His win at Canberra was impressive and after just 8 starts he remains open to further improvement. These are calmer waters and his class should tell here. Rebellious Miss was only fourth at Queanbeyan last time and will need more if the favourite bounces back. Are Zhu Ready didn’t shape badly when third last time and might be the one to finish second. Gambacorta has a similar profile to the selection but was only fourth last time and will need to be at his best to be a key factor here. Hard to recommend much else.

Race 4 Kalgoorlie 7.45 Pedal Power (11/8)

Promising type who was beaten less than a length on return when denied a hat-trick of wins; fitter now and further improvement to come so looks to have a great chance of getting back in the winners enclosure.

The likeable PEDAL POWER looks a sprinter on the up and he should come on plenty for that reappearance run as he bids to make it 3 wins from his last 4 starts. Total Lockdown was disappointing last time but ran well before that and could be the danger despite only having 2 wins from 16 starts. Saturday Sinner won here before blowing out last time and if bouncing back could have a say in terms of a place. Frankie Blue Eyes was on the up when last seen winning at Rockhampton but has to defy a lengthy layoff here and that is a big enough ask. Factory Made still has more to offer but this is competitive so he’ll likely need a career best just to get involved. Military Beat best of the rest.
