Race 7 Hamilton 2.30 Just A Theory (best price 11/8)
Tough mare who deserved to get her head in front over track and trip last month; only denied narrowly at Geelong last time; scope for further improvement so expected to be hard to beat in this field.
Both my Australian NAP and NB won again overnight so my double is now chasing a HAT-TRICK of wins overnight. I really like JUST A THEORY at Hamilton. This mare hacked up in a maiden on penultimate start and she was only narrowly denied at Geelong last time. Jarrod Fry gets the leg up again which is a big plus and she should resume her progress here. Romany Rocks also has just the 1 win from 11 and she looms as a danger but needs more on that Terang fourth last time to spring an upset here. Millennial Girl arrives with confidence high having won at Warrnambool last time but she is more exposed and might find the favourite improve past her. The rest all look to be up against it.

Race 2 Wagga 3.45 Kappa’s Angel (best price 6/4)
Promising mare who has won 2 of her last 3 and ran on strongly from off the pace to win by 7 lengths last time; form is progressive and should be rattling home again here; definitely the most likely winner.
With a perfect draw KAPPA’S ANGEL is expected to prove hard to beat at Wagga overnight. She has won 2 of her last 3 and was mightily impressive last time. She will keep improving and looks well placed to go in again while the iron is hot. Controversial Miss is a decent yardstick and she impressed winning at Corowa on penultimate start but then she was held last time albeit just a nose. She will give her running again but may struggle to live with the favourite. Dalroshio has also won 2 from 6 but is 0/2 over the trip and was only fourth last time. That wouldn’t be good enough here so she needs to bounce back in a big way to get involved. Brothers Of Antrim has completely gone off the boil lately.
