Thursday’s American Horse Racing Tips

MY NAP COULD BE A SMART COLT IN THE MAKING! Racing Stateside on Thursday night from Gulfstream, Mahoning Valley, Aqueduct, Turf Paradise, Delta Downs and more. My Daily Double pays 8/1!
Promising colt who created a big impression winning impressively eventually geared down on debut at Belmont a couple of years back; beaten next time out but in a very good race; could still be a really smart prospect.
I know we haven't seen OVERSTEP for well over a year now but the way he won on debut screamed he could be potentially smart. He was thrown into the deep end on his second start but he was only denied half a length digging deep when asked. These are much calmer waters for his return so I expect him to win this before going on to better things. He could be a really nice colt in the making so I'm keen to keep him on side especially against this field. If he does disappoint it is hard to pinpoint an exact horse to pick up the pieces but perhaps Mason Mania will run well as he looked promising winning 3 of his first 4 starts this season but has gone off the boil a little lately. Simply has form that ties in with him so probably deserves a mention as well. Hard to see much else landing a blow.
Improving filly who ended last campaign on a high making the breakthrough at Los Alamitos having travelled strongly; continued her progression winning on reappearance over 6f here; can complete the hat-trick now.
This looks a great chance for the improving DREAMER GIRL to bring up a hat-trick of wins. She ended last campaign on a high winning with a bit in hand at Los Alamitos and progressed again to win on return over 6f here. Dropping back half a furlong in trip she doesn't lack speed so should bounce out and make all. She really got the field at it in the third and fourth furlong last time and those gears should see her come out on top once more before likely going up in grade. Eldorado Dream finished in front of Boisterously Irish when runner-up over 6f here on penultimate start and that form line probably makes her the danger. The latter should still be respected as she remains unexposed despite being a 5yo. Of the rest Taking Charge Desi could go well but does need to bounce back.
