Sunday’s American Horse Racing Tips
Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and I’ve covered all EIGHT meetings and picked out my best bets.
TIME TO CAP OFF THE WEEK WITH SOME MORE WINNERS! Racing Stateside on Sunday night from Gulfstream, Laurel Park, Tampa, Aqueduct and much more. My Daily Double pays 13/2!
Promising filly who hacked up by 8 lengths on debut looked a smart prospect; pitched into the deep end when runner-up in a Grade 2 at Del Mar when last seen, running a big race in defeat; can keep improving so worth keeping safe.
I am looking forward to seeing PROCRASTINATION back out at Santa Anita on Sunday night. She looked an exciting proposition bolting up by 8 lengths on debut and then was thrown in at the deep end when contesting a Grade 2 at Del Mar on final start. She went down just over a length and kept digging in at the finish so it was a good effort so soon on in her career. She is open to further improvement obviously on just her third start and she appeals as the most likely winner in this field. Blessed Touch looked good winning here back in October but has been beaten twice since and failed to pick up when last seen. She still has more to offer so looks the danger but might be left vulnerable if the favourite is as good as I am hoping. Getthemoney best of the rest but might come on for the run.
Improving filly who looked to have plenty of gears winning easily on debut over 7f here back in December; sure to progress from that initial experience and with more to come stepping up to a mile looks well placed to make it 2-2.
I liked what I saw from I’MHAVINGAMOMENT over 7f here back in December and if she improves again for the step up to a mile then she should be capable of remaining unbeaten here. This is quite a good race to be pitched into second time up so they clearly have high aspirations for her. Les Bon Temps is on a hat-trick after winning nicely again over 7f here back in December but she lacks a run since and wouldn't want to give them too much ground here. Sweetest Princess won over track and trip on penultimate start but suffered a heavy defeat last time and is going to need to leave that behind to get competitive here. Luna Loca has been working her way up through the grades winning the last twice but she will find this much tougher and is going to need to improve and clock a career best to even have a squeak in a race as good as this.
