NAP – Best tip overnight
MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 4 AT MOONEE VALLEY ON SUNDAY!
Race 4 Moonee Valley 4.05 Senegalia (best price 6/5)
Good looking mare who has won 3 of her last 4 starts and looks firmly on the upgrade now; ran on strongly from off the pace to score at Sandown last month and will be hard to beat if bringing the same level of form here.
The improving SENEGALIA should be able to make it 4 wins from her last 5 starts at Moonee Valley on Sunday. She was nicely on top last time and Jamie Kah is 2-2 on her now too. She has a nice blend of speed and stamina and looks the answer once more. Port Albert won here four starts back and hasn’t been running badly since so could be the danger. Lady Solly is another one who could feature but she is more exposed than the pair mentioned above so will need to bring her best form to win this. Joseylin won at Cranbourne back in December and hasn’t shaped badly in defeat since so is another one that could run well here. Duchess of Dorset has won 4 from 9 but she looks up against it here off the back of that disappointing Caulfield run.

Race 6 Sunshine Coast 6.07 Just Super (best price 6/5)
Improving with experience and back to his best getting his head in front at Rockhampton last month; hard to beat if in the same form here and looks the most likely winner in this field; definitely worth chancing against these.
There could be some nice types in here but JUST SUPER looks the most likely winner. He was back to his best winning last time and with the promise of more to come could follow up. He is 3 from 6 overall and when he has been beaten he has finished second. More Than Subtle made a bright start winning on debut at Toowoomba but will need more to remain unbeaten here. Granite Prince has won 2 from 3 but still needs to improve on that form to win a race as good as this. Still Ready could fire fresh so might be one of the dark horses in here but I think you’d want to see some market support so see him go close. Spooky Spirit won at this track back in January but has struggled since and was nearly last at Eagle Farm so has a bit to prove.
