Tuesday’s Australian Horse Racing Tips
STILL IN GOOD PROFIT DOWN UNDER! More racing in Australia on Tuesday as we look to bounce back from Cairns, Wagga, Gunnedah and Ballarat. Overnight Double pays 10/3!
Race 1 Cairns 3.27 Royal Song (best price 4/5)
Improving with experience and only went down narrowly beaten just over a length at Townsville last month; knocking on the door now and wouldn’t need to find much more to open his account in a very winnable race.
Great chance for the improving ROYAL SONG to get off the mark. He has hinted as though his turn is near for a while now and this looks a really winnable race so there shouldn’t be any excuses. He will race prominently and looks the most likely winner. Laide has finished runner-up the last twice so if she runs to that sort of level again she could be the danger. Alontro has a similar profile to the latter but doesn’t arrive in much form having finished down the field at Townsville last time. He would have to better that to get competitive in this. It is double figures the rest and they look up against it.

Race 3 Ballarat 5.00 Written Bligh (best price 6/4)
Promising filly who looked to need the experience when down the field on debut at Sandown but quickly stepped forward to finish an encouraging third over track and trip last month; hard to beat if improving again.
With the promise of more to come WRITTEN BLIGH should open her account now. She was only beaten 2 and a half lengths into third here last time and with scope for further progress should make the breakthrough now. Tale Of Perth has finished second the last twice and looks a decent yardstick. He is probably the danger if improving again. Honor Galore makes her debut but unless the market speaks hugely for her I’d expect her to do better for the outing. Heavenly Legend is also first time out so the market should be revealing to his chance as well. The rest seem to have enough to find to get involved.
