Thursday’s American Horse Racing Tips

Dubawi colt FRANCESCO CLEMENTE is a name you should be familiar with as he was previously trained by John Gosden. He looked a promising colt having won his first 3 starts but was out of form when last seen finishing down the field at Royal Ascot. He has since headed Stateside and after just a handful of starts is still armed with a great deal of potential. We know he can fire fresh so Chad Brown should have him spot on and he is a confident bet to come out on top.

The danger would have to be Daunt who finished fourth behind Channel Maker and then again ran well in a very good race fourth behind Bolshoi Ballet last time. This is easier and he likely has more to offer yet so he should give the selection something to think about. Exact Estimate is a stablemate to the selection and is another one to note.

That was a nice win from CHANDANA last time. She hit the line full of running and looks firmly on the upgrade now. She remains lightly raced so should have more to come and looks the most likely winner of this as it lacks strength in depth. She should get a nice toe into it and under a stalking ride should have them covered with that turn of foot. I think she’ll be popular in the betting in the run up to the race so it might be worth taking the early price when the market opens.

Ekati Flatter ran well when second to Imagine The Moon over C&D last time and if building on that could be the danger. Her win over track and trip back in July has worked out well since so she definitely has solid form claims. Image Run ties in on that form so while she has ground to make up she is another one to note.
