Race 7 Bendigo 5.30 Celestial Harbour (best price 10/11)
This should be a decent opportunity for CELESTIAL HARBOUR to get herself back in the winners enclosure. She won her only start over C&D back in March and hasn’t been disgraced in defeat since. She is open to further improvement after just the 6 starts and it is no surprise to see her prominent in the betting. Cadenabbia impressed winning at Ballarat and didn’t run badly at this track on penultimate start but was poor at Mornington on final start and that leaves her with a bit to prove here. She Can Rock also has a squeak but again needs to get back on the up.
NB – Second best tip overnight
Race 4 Albury 5.05 Magmetric (best price 6/4)
I know MAGMETRIC wasn’t at his best at Wagga when last seen but such was the promise of that debut win at this track I make him a strong play to get back on track on reappearance. This lacks strength in depth and I don’t think he’ll even need to be at his best to win it so as long as he is back in form he should get the job done. Into The Fire is much more exposed and was nearer last than first at Taree last month. The fact he is the biggest danger according to the betting tells you a lot about the quality of this race. Agent Moon may pose a greater threat.
