The lightly raced THE KING OF RYHOPE impressed making a winning chase debut at Chepstow on return. He was given a confident ride by Harry Skelton and was always moving strongly before coming through to lead at the last. The runner-up Can You Call is a useful enough type and they came clear. I think it's solid form and he looks capable of defying a 7lb rise. Knowsley Road was poor at Newbury but it is early days and he could still be the danger.

That was a competitive looking handicap chase that KING TURGEON won at Exeter last month and I really liked the way he stuck on strongly. Conditions are unlikely to be pleasant here so that stamina could definitely come into play again. He is unexposed and with more to come should be able to shrug off a 7lb rise. He'll likely be on the pace and there shouldn't be any excuses. Take Your Time impressed winning at Newton Abbot last time and looks the obvious threat.
