I know he was sent off cramped odds on hurdles debut but it was hard not to be impressed with the way WILLMOUNT bounded clear to record a bloodless victory. He travelled so strongly through the race and kept coming further clear on the run for home. He should love going up in trip and looks a good bet to remain unbeaten. Captain Teague impressed at Chepstow but was then beaten at Cheltenham. He retains potential and looks the danger.

Things didn't go to plan for CENTARA on debut over hurdles at Newbury but there was still plenty of promise in the run and I still make him the one to beat. He lacked fluency and shaped as though he'd be a lot sharper for the run. He wasn't beaten that far and I think the form could work out in time. In terms of a danger Long Draw is interesting on debut under Rules and might be the one to give him most to think about.
