The way COLONEL HARRY won at Chepstow on chase debut was impressive and given the third Tahmuras won like a nice prospect at Aintree next time out that form looks even better now. He was a good second at Sandown last month staying on strongly beaten a little over a length. He is open to plenty more improvement and should relish going up in trip here. I think he'll win this before having a crack at the top level. Trelawne ran well in a good race at Cheltenham last month and is the danger.

The likeable PEPE LE MOKO trounced the opposition to win by 5 and a half lengths on chase debut at Warwick. I know he was beaten at Plumpton last month but he bumped into a nice type in Oxygen on that occasion and the third Scarface has won since reversing form with the latter to boost the form. He is unexposed and despite a further 3lb rise is taken to get back to winning ways here. Le Ligerien likes this track so while he isn't getting any younger he might still be the biggest threat.
