I have been really impressed with LOWRY'S BAR and he pulled out all the stops to complete the hat-trick at Wincanton last month. He beat a decent yardstick in the shape of Javert Allen and I think that form will work out well in time. He is open to further improvement and up 6lb should be able to make it 4 in a row. Minella Blueway is also a horse going the right way and he impressed here last time so is the obvious danger.

The most unexposed horse in the race is BARREL AGED and I was impressed with how much he found to prevail at Southwell last time. He is only 2lb higher for that short head victory and with further progress to come stepping up to 2 miles could be set to follow up. De Vega's Warrior was the horse that missed out narrowly to the selection last time and will probably give him most to think about again. Militry Decoration best of the rest.
