Quite a few of these arrive here in winning form but the mare on a real roll at present is BRIDES HILL and I can see her taking a lot of beating. She was right back to her very best winning by 8 lengths at Listowel on reappearance and then freshened up and pitched into handicap company she just about held on at Fairyhouse last month. The front pair came miles clear though so it was a good effort. She still has more to come over fences and should complete the hat-trick. Pink Legend is the obvious danger but she faces opposition for the lead.

This looks a good opportunity for HO MY LORD to put things right. He ran a promising race first time over fences chasing home Il Etait Temps at Thurles and then unseated 2 out in a race won by Marine Nationale at Leopardstown last month. He obviously wasn't going to win that but he would have run a good race and if he can iron out his mistakes he will be the one to beat in this. He is obviously still hugely unexposed and I think he could be a nice horse in the making. Tactical Move should improve on that run at Fairyhouse and is the danger.
