It was good to see LIVIN ON LUCO open his account at Chepstow last month. He made a promising start going down just a neck on hurdles debut and then was still going fairly well when coming down next time. Freshened up he improved again jumping well to win over this trip last month and with the promise of more to come he looks one to keep on side. That last bit of form should work out well in time. Jackpot D'athou is the danger but he has a bit to prove after blowing out last time.

There was a fair bit of promise in that debut run from WRECKLESS ERIC that saw him get within a length of victory at Newbury last month. The winner Valadon had experience on side and looks a nice horse so the form is decent. Both the third and fourth have come out the race since and run well which is a good sign. He is obviously open to improvement and should justify favouritism. I Wish You ran well on debut over hurdles at Ayr and is the danger back from a short break.
