The way GRAY LIGHTNING won over 6f here last month was mightily impressive for the level. She readily pulled clear and won by 14 and a half lengths. She has won 2 from 3 now and with more to come looks one to keep on side. You’re the One is also on a roll having won her last 4 and looks the danger on her return.
I thought ALWAYS A KING looked a little unlucky beaten just a neck last time. He was finding plenty off the bridle and was closing again at the line but just failed. He is open to further improvement given he is still unexposed and should make the breakthrough now. Stormsacomin could be the main threat to him.
