Newmarket 2.20
I know COSMIC YEAR has drifted somewhat out to 11/8 now but definitely not letting that put me off. This son of Kingman has looked exciting winning on debut and then he made a perfect return at Kempton last month. He is an exciting prospect and he should complete the hat-trick.
Symbol Of Honour is chasing a hat-trick and could give the jolly the most to think about but Diego Ventura is also respected.
Goodwood 2.35
I do think Shagraan is the one to beat but he needed his first outing at Sandown last season and might come on for the run. TATTERSTALL however has won fresh in the past and could be a better value option especially if getting a soft lead as not a great deal of pace on.
Shagraan is probably the danger but Miss Attitude is also feared as she is better than she showed at Bath last time.
Newmarket 2.55
Another horse that has been a little uneasy in the betting but I’d still be confident wins this is SPECTACULAR VIEW for Charlie Appleby and William Buick. The yard have won 3 of the last 9 renewals and this son of Pinatubo looks off a lenient mark now sent handicapping.
Hornsea Bay didn’t shape badly on reappearance at Nottingham despite finishing down the field and could be the danger.
Goodwood 3.10
I can see SCENIC doing better again now as a 5yo. She was progressive last season winning at Kempton and York and wasn’t disgraced in Group company on final outing. She won fresh last season and back down to a mile and a half could take a lot of beating.
Chorus seemed to love this trip on final outing winning at Newmarket and with the yard going well looks the main threat.
Newmarket 3.30
Following the theme of the day as FIFTY NIFTY is another horse I like that has drifted somewhat. He won 2 from 4 as a 3yo and then ran a big race denied just a neck at Newmarket last month. He is sure to build on that and I’ll be surprised if he is beaten here.
Local Hero was denied just a head at Kempton last time and if building on that could surprise a few at a double-figure price.
Goodwood 3.45
This should be a great chance for WALEEFY to make a winning return. This Night Of Thunder colt won twice at Newmarket and Doncaster last season and back in a handicap here and dropping back to 6f could see him back in the winners enclosure with this ground ideal too.
Knebworth has been running well in defeat and is still fairly lightly raced so if building on that run at Doncaster could be the biggest danger.
Newmarket 4.05
This looks quite a trappy affair but AMBIENTE FRIENDLY might be able to go close. This Gleneagles colt is still unexposed and looked to need the run on return at Newmarket on debut for this yard. He should build on that and could run a big race now.
Silver Knott won the Dubai City Of Gold at Meydan when last seen and with fast ground perfect does look the right favourite. The other pair are capable as well.
ITV Racing Double
Plenty of racing on ITV on Friday so I have combined our two strongest bets to make a nice double. Pays 3/1!

I know you guys love a Lucky 15 especially on a Friday so these are four horses (on ITV Racing) I can see running well which I’ve combined to try and maximise winnings. Pays 350/1!
