The money came for BRUTALINA at Kilmore and she made no mistake winning readily albeit by just a head at the line. She was beaten at Seymour but had excuses and is definitely better than that. This is easier anyway and she should resume winning ways. Gibraltar Tycoon is also on the up and is the threat.

Race 2 Taree 3.45 Birdy Girl (best price 6/4)
I definitely think BIRDY GIRL is coming to the boil now. She was beaten less than a length at Port Macquarie last time and won’t need to find much more improvement to open her account here. Montgolfier is exposed in comparison to the favourite but still might be the one to chase her home in second.
