Sandown 1.50
The EBF Final is always fiercely competitive with a nice prize pot on the line. I can see KAKA’S COUSIN going close for Jonjo O’Neill. This horse is 2 from 3 over hurdles and was impressive at Kelso. He has more to come and is worth keeping on side here and going forward.
Draco Malfoy has more to come and could threaten but Scorpio Rising has also been impressive and is probably the main danger.
Sandown 1.50
Kaka’s Cousin 15/2 each way LONGSHOT
Main danger Scorpio Rising but look out for Draco Malfoy at a bigger price too
Wolverhampton 2.05
This looks a great chance for KULLAZAIN to get back in the winners enclosure. He did it well over C&D on penultimate start and then lost little in defeat when a close third at Kempton last month. He is in good form and should prove hard to beat.
Knebworth looked back to his best winning at Chelmsford and if in the same form can give the selection most to think about here.
Sandown 2.27
Go Dante is going for a remarkable three-timer in the Imperial Cup. He doesn’t arrive in the same form though and it looks a big ask! I prefer WRECKLESS ERIC who I thought was unlucky in this 12 months ago and off a 3lb lower mark looks a huge player again.
Brace For Landing should have more to come and looks a danger to all for the Skelton team and Mondo Man also has obvious claims.
Wolverhampton 2.42
There was a lot to like about that win from REGAL ULIXES at Lingfield last week and he should be spot on for a big run here dropping back in trip. He has always been highly regarded and if handling the quick turnaround looks like he can do better now handicapping.
The Lost King did well to beat Popmaster on return and then missed narrowly to that rival last time. He is unexposed and is the danger.
Sandown 3.00
It has been an unbelievable season for Ben Jones already and it could get even better here as THE FLAGGY SHORE looks a great bet. This mare bolted up in a bumper and then bumped into one at Market Rasen. She can improve again and is worth keeping on side.
Burds Of A Feather looked good in a bumper at Warwick and if improving again up in class here could be the main threat to the selection.
Wolverhampton 3.15
A good renewal of the Lady Wulfruna Stakes and I think the market has it right that COOL HOOF LUKE is the one to beat. He has only had a handful of starts and looked to need the run on return at Lingfield. He will be spot on now and there is lots more to come yet.
Prince Of India is more exposed but is a very decent yardstick and he could still have more to offer this season so looks the danger.
Sandown 3.35
Nicky Henderson remains in great form and CALIMYSTIC looks to have a great chance here. He relished the switch to chasing winning albeit narrowly at Newbury. That form has substance and with more to come I’m expecting him to follow up against these.
Tune In A Box is a likeable grey who could put in a big performance so is feared. Invincible Nao is also respected at this track.
