Two of my last three boosted accas have landed. Monday’s fell short at Coventry, but Saturday and Sunday both came in, so I’m straight back with a Tuesday six-fold. Spreadex price this six-fold at 5.74/1 and the 20% boost for six legs takes it to 6.89/1, with the extra paid in cash.
It’s a goals-led card for a big Champions League night: four goals markets in Europe, Wolves at home in the Championship and over 1.5 in a top-four clash at Stoke. Every leg is 1/10 or bigger, so the boost covers the whole acca.
Here’s my reasoning for each leg, in kick-off order, with the latest team news.
Lens v Sporting tips
Lens games have been open lately. They have scored eight and conceded eight in their last five, with two wins, a draw and two defeats, so they are scoring but leaking at the other end.
Sporting arrive unbeaten in five, with 11 goals scored and five conceded. They score almost every week, and Lens have shown they can find the net at Bollaert. I’d rather back goals at both ends than pick a winner in what looks an even game.
- Lens 8 scored, 8 conceded in 5
- Sporting unbeaten in 5
- Sporting 11 scored in 5
Wolves v Bolton tips
Wolves are fifth in the Championship with a game in hand and have won six of their last ten in all competitions, averaging two goals a game.
Bolton are 17th with a goal difference of minus five. They have lost six of their last ten and failed to score in four of them. Wolves at Molineux are the only match bet I want on the card.
- 5th v 17th
- Wolves 2 goals a game
- Bolton blanked in 4 of 10
Stoke v Middlesbrough tips
This is a top-four clash between two of the Championship’s highest-scoring games. Second-placed Boro have scored 17 and conceded 12 in nine games, so their matches are averaging more than three goals.
Fourth-placed Stoke have scored 15 and let in 13, another side averaging over three goals a game. Two goals is a low bar for these two, and it adds a sixth leg that lifts the boost to 20%.
- 2nd v 4th
- Boro games 3.2 goals avg
- Stoke games 3.1 goals avg
Atlético Madrid v Man Utd tips
Every one of Atlético’s last six games has had three goals or more. They beat Real Madrid 2-1, Osasuna 4-0 and Real Sociedad 3-0 away, and their two defeats, at Liverpool and Athletic, also went over the line.
United have had goals at both ends too. They lost 3-2 to Brighton in the EFL Cup, drew 2-2 at Everton and beat Sabah 4-0 in this competition. With Atlético scoring freely at home, I expect this to clear the line.
- Atlético over 2.5 in 6 of 6
- Atlético 12 scored in 6
- United BTTS 4 of 6
Inter v Club Brugge tips
Inter top Serie A and every one of their last five games has gone over 2.5 goals. They beat Napoli 3-2, Udinese 5-3 and Parma 3-0, drew 2-2 at Roma and lost 2-1 at Real Madrid.
Brugge lost 3-2 at home to Aston Villa on matchday one, so they will score and concede. Inter at San Siro should provide most of the goals, even with Calhanoglu a doubt.
- Inter over 2.5 in 5 of 5
- Inter 1st in Serie A
- Brugge conceded 3 to Villa
RB Leipzig v PSV tips
Leipzig were beaten 4-1 at Como on matchday one, so their defence hasn’t convinced yet. They need a response at home, and that should mean an attacking performance.
PSV drew 1-1 with Shakhtar in their opener and are rarely involved in quiet games. At 3/10 this is the shortest goals leg on the card, and three goals between these two looks likely.
- Leipzig conceded 4 at Como
- Shortest goals leg
- Both need points
My verdict
Wolves at home and the Stoke goals leg are the two I’m most confident in. Atlético and Inter have the strongest overs trends in Europe, and Lens v Sporting gives me goals at both ends. At 6.89/1 with the boost, this is the acca I’m backing to get back to winning ways.

What the boost is worth
How the Spreadex Acca Boost works
Spreadex add 5% to your winnings for a treble, rising by 5% for each extra leg up to 100% at 20 legs. Every selection must be 1/10 or bigger, and match odds, double chance, total goals, both teams to score, correct score and half-time markets all count. Free bets don’t qualify, and the boost is paid as cash when the bet settles.
