Wednesday's Boosted Football Acca

Part two of Champions League week, and every team in this acca is on a long scoring run. Spreadex price this five-fold at 5.21/1 and the 15% boost for five legs takes it to 6/1, with the extra paid in cash.

I’ve gone with Como or draw and four both teams to score legs, backed by Champions League and league form. Every leg is 1/10 or bigger, so the boost covers the whole acca.

Here’s my reasoning for each leg, in kick-off order, with the latest team news.

Como v Man Utd tips

Como are fifth in Serie A after beating Fiorentina 3-1 at the weekend, and they thrashed RB Leipzig 4-1 on matchday one. They are unbeaten in six at home and have conceded just 0.67 goals a game there.

Man Utd have gone six games without a win, losing 2-0 at Atlético last time out in this competition and drawing 1-1 at Leeds on Sunday. Their injury list is huge, so with the draw covered I’m happy to back Como.

Team news: Como are without Diao, with Chalobah and Kean doubts. Man Utd are missing Martinez, Šeško, Ugarte, Dorgu, Mainoo, Shaw, Rashford and Heaven, and Yoro is suspended.

Real Betis v Feyenoord tips

Betis have scored in 21 games in a row, and both teams have scored in five of their last six, including 5-2 against Osasuna and 3-2 against Porto. They also won 3-2 at Lille on matchday one.

Feyenoord have scored in 16 games in a row, nine of them away from home. They won 4-3 at Telstar and beat Como 3-2, and they are missing seven players, most of them defenders. Goals at both ends look very likely.

Team news: Betis are without Junior Firpo and Cucho Hernández, with Ruibal a doubt. Feyenoord are missing Borges, Bos, Moder, Nelson, Nieuwkoop, Smal and Van Persie.

Club Brugge v Lens tips

Brugge have scored in 30 games in a row, and they beat Inter 4-3 on matchday two. They have won eight of their last 10.

Lens have scored in nine away games in a row, and both teams have scored in five of their last six on the road. They also have four defenders out, with Todibo a doubt, so Brugge should find the net too.

Real Madrid v RB Leipzig tips

Madrid have won nine home games in a row and scored in 14 straight at the Bernabéu, so the home side should do their part.

Leipzig scored in 17 of the two sides’ last 20 games, and they put six past Frankfurt and beat PSV in this competition. Madrid are also without Militão, Asencio and Mendy at the back.

Aston Villa v Viking tips

Viking have scored in 16 games in a row, including eight straight away from home, and they drew 3-3 with Bayern on matchday two.

Villa have scored in seven games in a row, and they are without Wan-Bissaka, Onana and Ruggeri. Both teams scored in 13 of the two sides’ last 20 games, and Viking’s scoring run makes this the best value leg.

My verdict

Brugge v Lens is my banker, with Brugge scoring in 30 straight and Lens down four defenders. Betis and Feyenoord have both been scoring every week, and Man Utd’s injury crisis makes Como with the draw a solid start. At 6/1 with the boost, this is the acca I’m backing on Wednesday.
