NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) LANDED OVERNIGHT AND RUNS AT HAMILTON!
Race 6 Hamilton 6.30 Trolleyed (1/1)
Useful type who was rewarded for his consistency getting his head back in front last time having always raced handily; looks well placed to follow up with confidence high and rates the one to beat in this line-up.
Good to get both the NAP and NB back in the winners enclosure overnight. Hopefully we can back that up now as we head to Hamilton on Thursday for our best bet. TROLLEYED has some very solid form in the book and he certainly wasn’t winning out of turn last time. In what looks a winnable race I fancy him to back up that performance. Nama Dude has been running well but I’ll be surprised if he produces a performance good enough to beat the favourite. Likely to figure prominently but vulnerable for win purposes. Olympic Spirit looks a greater danger for me. He ran well finishing strongly on return and it might be worth putting a line through that last run.

Race 7 Townsville 7.12 The Egyptian (7/4)
Likeable type who justified favouritism in good style at Mackay last month beating the right horse; form stacks right up and he looks well placed to follow up especially if this is run to suit again; keep safe.
A good draw and Butler in the saddle again THE EGYPTIAN looks set to follow up. He impressed last time and looks the most likely winner in this field again. I thought he’d be shorter than 7/4 so definitely worth taking the price as I can see him being popular come post time. Auxin is a useful sort who brings form figures of 212 and looks the most likely threat to the favourite. Saying that Sancy Rose is chasing a hat-trick and also enters calculations but you’d think she’ll need a career best to go in again. Endorse has 2 wins from 10 starts but looks up against it on what we’ve seen recently. Entitled to come on for that reappearance third but it’s still a big ask against some promising types.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Hamilton and Townsville early on Thursday morning.
