THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS NOW ON A FOUR-TIMER!
Race 3 Wagga 4.35 Twig (11/10)
Promising mare who was an eye-catcher on debut finishing third and quickly improved to make the breakthrough at just the second time of asking over shorter here; only denied narrowly at Albury last time; fitter now and the mile will suit.
This looks a great chance for TWIG to get back to winning ways. She is a promising mare with further improvement to come now venturing up to a mile. She was only narrowly denied last time so is arguably unlucky not to be coming here chasing a hat-trick. Accrue won at Queanbeyan last time and has to be feared off the back of that but I think he lacks the potential of the selection. Pillar Of Strength is a decent yardstick and has to be respected but I think the top 2 in the betting are more promising so he is going to need to improve plenty to trouble the principals. Shafty is yet to taste success but I think he does have a future just probably needs more time and experience to be seen to best effect.

THE AUSSIE NB (SECOND BEST BET) WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND RUNS AT KILMORE!
Race 8 Kilmore 6.40 Lady Adelaide (6/4)
Good looking filly who impressed winning convincingly at Sale on penultimate start; had excuses in a better race than this when only midfield at Caulfield last time and open to further improvement so gets a confident vote here.
After just 4 starts LADY ADELAIDE has looked very promising and she has potential to do better yet. She broke poorly last time so they decided to try and hold her up but she had an awful trip in hindsight and things just didn’t pan out on the day. She is much better than that and I think she’ll show it here. She has already won over this trip and has plenty going for her. Magnus Bellagio is a decent yardstick and ran well when second at Geelong last time at a big price. He will probably find this a touch easier so has to be feared. The Great Bratski won at Kyneton but will find this tougher. She still has a squeak at an each way price though. Bon Shadow best of the rest but is more exposed than most.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Wagga and Kilmore in the early hours of Friday morning.
