MY AUSTRALIAN WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 5 AT ROSEHILL ON SATURDAY!
Race 5 Rosehill Gardens 4.40 Frumos (1/1)
Exciting filly who is a perfect 3-3 after running on strongly to win over track and trip last month; can keep improving and no doubt she will be finishing powerfully again so worth keeping safe today and going forward.
Hard to look past the unbeaten FRUMOS at Rosehill on Saturday. She is a filly improving fast and the more experience she gets the better performance we are likely to see. She won over C&D last time and a similar performance would likely see her make it 4 straight. There looks to be a good pace on and she will have a nice target to run down. Riduna is the danger given her recent consistent form. She was only beaten a couple of lengths by Kanazawa and if she backs that up she could emerge as the danger. Tawfiq Lass is also in rude health right now and shouldn’t be easily dismissed either but she will need to be at her vey best to have a say in the finish here as the fav looks a lovely prospect.

Race 7 Caulfield 6.55 Uncommon James (11/8)
Progressive type who has won 4 from 5 so far and is a perfect 2-2 over the trip; should keep getting better and looks well placed to go in again so expected to prove really tough to beat; easily looks most likely winner.
Expecting UNCOMMON JAMES to win again. He is 2-2 over the trip and however this is run I think he’ll prove tough to beat. He is settling nicely in his races now and that is a big plus. Showmanship has won 7 from 9 and is greatly respected in opposition but might just lack the star quality of the favourite. He was also beaten into third at Warnambool last time and is going to need more to stop the selection going in. Lombardo has won 8 from 16 but might be up against it on his return. Sinawann also has some decent form to his name but this is a deep race with plenty of quality on show. Ranges has won 2 of his last 3 and would usually be on my radar but the strength on show here is clear to see.
