MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 4 AT ROSEHILL ON SATURDAY MORNING!
Race 4 Rosehill 4.25 Hameron (6/4)
Good looking chestnut who has won 3 from 5 and impressed again winning at Randwick on reappearance last month; remains open to further progress and looks the one they all have to beat again in this field.
Lots to like about the chances of HAMERON at Rosehill overnight. He arrives here chasing a hat-trick and has now won 3 from 5 overall. Both occasions where he was beaten he finished second. He can keep improving and looks the one with the most potential in this field. Kalino is likeable and is second favourite in here. He has won 3 from 11 overall but is just 1 from 4 at this track which is a bit worrying but should go well for a long way. Pink Ivory is also worth a mention as she has won 2 from 7 and didn’t shape badly at Randwick last time. Might be a bit of value to hit the frame. Morethannumberone is pretty exposed compared to the market principals and is going to need a career best to even figure.

Race 9 Doomben 7.43 Manhood (15/8)
Promising type who has won 4 from 6 overall including 3 of his last 4; ran on well to win at Gold Coast last time and with more to come yet looks to have a great chance of going in again; one to keep very safe.
Some good racing in Australia overnight and this is another one with MANHOOD looking to have found a good opportunity to make it 5 wins from 7 starts. He was convincing at Gold Coast last time and with more to come should have enough gears to take this out. Arentee won here and at Eagle Farm before finishing third and then runner-up last time so looks the biggest threat to the favourite. Sweet Margot May is trending the right way too with 4 wins from 7 starts and is one I’ll be interested to see how she runs with an eye to the future. The rest all have it to prove but at least Desert Dreamer comes here with confidence high after winning here and running well in fourth last time.
