MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 1 AT MOUNT ISA ON MONDAY MORNING!
Race 1 Mount Isa 4.34 Le Force (best price 1/1)
Caught the eye going close on penultimate start and then didn’t shape badly in a better race than this last time; coming to the boil again now and this looks a great opportunity to get his head back in front.
I know he is quite a short price but I think that is with good reason. LE FORCE has 3 wins to his name and looks to be coming back to his best now. He shaped well last time and went close before that so with more to come can get back in the winners enclosure. A Million Dreams is more exposed and would have been a danger but disappointed last time at Cloncurry. Mopar was also running well before finishing nearer last than first last time. Shivkhani was runner-up last time and is another to note if building on that. He has won four times from this track as well. Myola Milly has some good form but she has gone off the boil and has enough to prove coming into this.

Race 6 Narromine 6.40 Kora Magic (best price 11/8)
Improving mare who has been knocking on the door for a while and deserves to get her head in front again; only beaten a nose on reappearance at Dubbo last month and good opportunity to go one better.
Quite a big field for this but KORA MAGIC looks a standout and she really should be winning it. She only has the 1 win from 10 starts but has finished second the last four times and also has finished third twice as well. Form stacks up and with more to come can get herself back in the winners enclosure. Ogrim won at Forbes and then was fourth at Bathurst. Likely needs to better that latest run to have a say but possible and is the likely danger. Pure Purgatory has gone off the boil having looked promising initially. Of the rest Out Now ran well when second at Cowra and then was second at Dubbo before only finishing midfield last time. Needs more to have a say in this but might hit the frame.
