Race 4 Sapphire Coast 6.05 Constantinou (best price 6/5)
Improving mare who certainly looked the part winning impressively over track and trip when last seen back in the summer; put away since and sure to have progressed again so leading claims in this field.
Hard to look past last time out winner CONSTANTINOU who bolted up over track and trip last time and is likely to have matured again since with time on her back. She will push forward and likely make all the running. I Am Mighty won at Moruya back in August but has suffered a couple of heavy defeats since. Mil Ciento was only midfield at Kembla Grange but is better than that and might emerge as the main danger to the favourite. Blackhill Kitty has just the 1 win from 18 starts but might run well here. Likely place claims at best though. It is then 14/1 bar the rest and hard to see anything springing a surprise as the market looks to have this pretty much spot on.

Race 5 Kilcoy 6.45 Dutchy’s Angel (best price 11/8)
Promising mare who took her form up a notch to make the breakthrough over C&D last time, showing a good attitude to prevail; can improve again with that initial win under her belt so good chance to follow up.
That was a nice performance from DUTCHY’S ANGEL to get off the mark over track and trip on reappearance. She will tighten up from the run and looks to have plenty going for her. She will likely race handily again and should beat this bunch. Cosmic Serenade was nearly last at Sunshine Coast last time and she looks to have questions to answer now. Remember Mary is exposed but does have 9 wins from 56 starts and may well prove a greater danger. Good Grab would have a squeak on his best form but again has a bit to prove on recent form. The other three have ground to make up to get involved. With Top Master, Sassenay and Haunted House all out this has cut up somewhat.
