NAP – Best tip overnight
MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 3 AT SANDOWN!
Race 3 Sandown 3.10 Tasman Park (best price 1/1)
Created a big impression winning on debut at Bendigo running on strongly from off the pace; sure to improve from that initial effort and likely to be a warm order here to remain unbeaten; definitely worth keeping safe.
There are some nice horses lining up for this but perhaps none as exciting as TASMAN PARK who made a perfect start winning on debut. He still looked quite raw so should improve from that first start and if he does the rest will likely be playing catch-up. He goes up in trip already and that should only help given how he hit the line. Obfuscation has been running well since winning at Bendigo and is the most likely danger as the betting is suggesting. Adament improved from her debut run to win at Casterton but this is definitely tougher. She has a bright future but might run well without seriously threatening. Morpheus Bragi also impressed at Pakenham but again will need more here.

Race 3 Rosehill 4.10 Airman (best price 11/10)
Likeable type who overcame inexperience to make a winning debut at Randwick back in the summer; given time to develop and mature and returned with a win at Kembla Grange last time; can bring up the hat-trick.
Another unbeaten horse I’m siding with now at Rosehill in the shape of AIRMAN. This horse is a perfect 2 from 2 and looks set to complete the hat-trick here. He will get a nice toe in from a wide draw and should be finishing best with this step up in trip only going to bring about further progress. Comrade Rosa is a decent yardstick with 2 wins from 9 starts but she will need more to stop this fav going in again as he looks promising. Banju is a little more exposed but is running well enough to be in the mix so don’t rule him out for a place. Rebel County had been building a nice profile but completely blew out here last time and has enough to prove off the back of that disappointing effort now.
