MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 7 AT KYNETON!
Race 7 Kyneton 5.00 Hang On Harvey (best price 7/4)
Lots to like about the way he won on debut asserting in good style to win by a length at the line at Echuca at the start of the month; sure to build on that initial effort and can go a perfect 2-2 against this field.
I don’t see a great deal of strength in depth here so the unbeaten HANG ON HARVEY should be able to make it a perfect 2-2 for Tahlia Hope and Mitchell Freedman. He hit the line strong from off the pace and if this pans out similarly he should be able to salute the judge once more. Lovin’ Laughs is exposed in comparison but does have 5 wins to his name albeit from 27 starts. He was back in form when second at Ballarat last month but then disappointed at Sandown. If he bounces back he will be the danger but a fair bit to prove at present. Shez Steamin’ might pose a greater threat as her win at Wangaratta stands out but she is another one that needs to bounce back from a recent flop.

Good looking sort who impressed getting back to winning ways over track and trip at the start of the month; missed by just a head over C&D last time and if repeating that sort of form should be winning this.
I’m confident CASH REGISTER can make it 2 wins from his last 3 here. This isn’t a great race by any means and he arrives here in top form having won by a neck on return and then missed by just a head last time. He is unexposed over the trip and should keep running well. Iverson has a similar profile to the favourite but just isn’t in the same form after finishing only midfield at Kembla Grange last time. Mammoth Mountain won at Goulburn and Canberra before falling at Wagga. He might be the threat if getting more luck here. Irish Dancer won at Queanbeyan last time but this is obviously tougher and she will need to better even that form to spring what would be somewhat of an upset in this.
