MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 8 AT TOWNSVILLE ON TUESDAY MORNING!
Race 8 Townsville 6.55 Missile Thunder (best price 11/10)
Unbeaten having won all 6 starts to date; proven fresh before and with the promise of more to come should extend the winning sequence here; will be ridden quietly before looking to pounce.
Hard to look past the unbeaten MISSILE THUNDER on reappearance. He is a perfect 6-6 and with more to come looks well placed on return to win again. Bones is more exposed but is a decent yardstick with 6 wins to his name so he should put up the most resistance. Bay Of Bengal arrives in winning form but this is definitely tougher. Sancy Rose is promising and she looks best of the rest in a good race. I expect this to throw up plenty of future winners going forward.

Race 3 Newcastle 4.10 Galactic Legend (best price 11/8)
Steadily progressive without winning but has been knocking on the door recently and only missed just over a length at Kembla Grange last time; obvious chance to go one better against these.
Fantastic opportunity for GALACTIC LEGEND to finally open his account. He has gone close the last twice and his form in defeat stacks up. Tot Of Rum has a similar profile so looks the danger but she has already had 9 starts and needs a bit more to beat the selection. Turbo Charged will be trying to fly late but I’m not sure she’ll get the pace she needs so perhaps best watched again. Tolima best of the rest but she’ll need to improve a fair bit to upset those mentioned above.
