THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) LANDED ON THURSDAY AND IS CHASING A DOUBLE!
Race 3 Caulfield 4.30 Beau Rossa (10/11)
Good looking chestnut who made it back-to-back wins trouncing the opposition at Sandown earlier this month; fitter again and open to further progress so definitely one to keep safe as he bids for the hat-trick.
Hard to get away from BEAU ROSSA at Caulfield on Saturday morning. This looks a horse going places and the hat-trick looks on here. He bolted up by 7 lengths last time and with further improvement to come despite this being tougher he is clearly the one to beat as he looks to make it three in a row. Miss Inbetween is the obvious threat and I expect the pair to dominate this field and fight it out. The latter ran on well from off the pace to score by a nose last time and should be finishing well but hopefully only for second. At a monster price Wise Counsel could be value to run on for third. He wasn’t beaten too far last time and that form isn’t bad so that’s one that stands out at a double-figure price.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT RANDWICK OVERNIGHT!
Race 4 Randwick 4.15 Najmaty (6/4)
Unbeaten filly who made it 2-2 despite doing plenty wrong at Caulfield earlier this month; slowly away and raced keenly but clearly has a big engine to pick up strongly and run them down; could still be anything.
I’m looking forward to seeing NAJMATY out again. This filly is potentially exciting and while this will test her credentials she is one I want to keep on side today and going forward. She really picked up well when asked last time and she is still far from the finished article so that’s the exciting thing. With another step in the right direction she will make it 3-3 here. Crystal Bound also puts her unbeaten record to the test having made a bright start winning on debut at Moonee Valley. Looks useful herself but the fav might always have her covered. Trifaccia should come into her own at some stage but inexperience has cost her so far and she needs to improve a fair bit to trouble the fav.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Randwick and Caulfield in the early hours of Saturday morning.
