THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT BELMONT ON SATURDAY!

Race 7 Belmont 9.00 Miss Vasari (1/1)

Progressive filly who looked to benefit from a break returning with an impressive win over track and trip last time; scope to improve again and this looks winnable so she has an obvious chance of making it 3 wins from 5 starts.

The Aussie NAP was back in the winners enclosure overnight so we head into the weekend with confidence high! MISS VASARI is clearly thriving right now and she was a convincing winner on reappearance. With more to come she should take care of these and take her overall record to 3 from 5. Reign Of Fire has 2 wins from 11 starts but he is going to need to find more on recent form to trouble this promising favourite. London Miss was a good second and some of her form stacks up so I see her as the main danger. The rest just don’t look good enough to have a say. Downforce has 4 wins from 20 starts but the principals are likely to improve past him. Rebel Knight is virtually impossible to fancy.

Race 9 Eagle Farm 7.22 Eloquently (15/8)

Exciting filly who brought up the five-timer at Doomben last week and just keeps getting better and better; this will test her credentials again but she remains capable of better and I’m keen to keep her firmly on side again.

5 of the 14 runners come here in winning form so this is a decent race but ELOQUENTLY looks the best of them. She took a bit of time to learn her trade but has since won 5 straight and is progressing at a rate of knots. She can take a step forward again here and if she does she should take care of these. Her form is the best on offer and I see no reason to take her on. Princess Tenko has won 2 of her last 3 and is clearly plenty talented herself. I expect her to be the one to chase the selection home as she can also improve. Cinderella has won her last 2 and is also impressing so she might complete the tri-cast as the betting is suggesting. This race is sure to throw up plenty of future winners.
